About me
Welcome to my website! I’m Mey, a front-end developer and aspiring IT specialist in application development based in Germany. My journey into tech started with the SheCodes program, where I completed workshops in Basic and Advanced Front-end Development as well as Responsive Web Design. Through these projects, I built a strong foundation in creating responsive, user-friendly, and visually engaging web experiences. Currently, I’m expanding my skill set by continuing my studies in modern front-end technologies, with a focus on React and building more dynamic and interactive applications. My goal is to combine clean code, thoughtful UX/UI design, and creativity to create digital experiences that are both functional and enjoyable to use. Beyond coding, I’m passionate about languages and communication, from programming languages to spoken languages including German, English, French, and Japanese. I also enjoy design in many forms, from UX/UI to visual aesthetics and creative expression. Traveling is another big inspiration for me, and after exploring 23 countries so far, I’m excited for many more adventures to come.
